1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2Eligibility & Account Registration

Any person found to be under 21 years of age who has registered an Account will have that account permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

2. Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register gaming accounts);

4. Not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of play;

2.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on vph77. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names or identifiers — is strictly prohibited. vph77 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all related accounts will be permanently closed and all balances across all accounts will be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vph77 is required by PAGCOR regulation to verify the identity and age of all registered Players before processing any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PhilSys) National ID, passport, driver's licence, Social Security System (SSS) card, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and Postal ID. vph77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations.

3Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;

vph77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of compromise shall be deemed authorised by you unless vph77 determines otherwise through investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vph77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vph77 does not charge processing fees on deposits through any supported payment method. Deposit amounts must originate from payment methods registered to your verified identity — third-party funding is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. vph77 targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of a valid withdrawal request, though actual timing may vary based on payment provider availability. vph77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with recent changes to account details.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5Bonuses & Promotions

vph77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, stated in the specific promotion terms, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings;
• Bonuses are awarded at vph77's sole discretion and may be withdrawn from any Account without prior notice if vph77 determines that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms;
• Players may not hold more than one active Welcome Bonus simultaneously;

6Betting Rules & Game Play

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vph77 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
2. Creating or maintaining more than one Account, whether individually or in coordination with others;
3. Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
4. Exploiting software or system errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
5. Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other Players in any game where Player interaction is possible;
6. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
7. Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of vph77 as a vehicle for processing illicit funds;
8. Accessing vph77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
9. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or proprietary systems of vph77;
10. Any other conduct that vph77, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

8Responsible Gaming

9Intellectual Property

All content on the vph77 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, game content, website design, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of vph77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. Nothing in these Terms confers upon you any ownership right, title, or interest in any vph77 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of vph77 or the relevant rights holder.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• vph77 provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• vph77 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• vph77's total aggregate liability to any Player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises;
• vph77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• vph77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events of Force Majeure as defined in Section 1.

11Privacy & Data Protection

vph77 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data protection requirements. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the vph77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an Account with vph77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of the vph77 service.

12Termination & Suspension

vph77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other Platform policy;
• Confirmed or suspected prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection laws;
• Instruction or order from PAGCOR, a court, or any competent authority;
• Any other circumstance where vph77 reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, other Players, or regulatory compliance.

Upon termination for cause attributable to a breach by you, vph77 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including any bonus funds and pending withdrawals. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, any real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of any dispute between you and vph77 relating to your Account, winnings, or the application of these Terms, vph77 encourages you to first contact our Customer Support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14Amendments to These Terms

vph77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vph77 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notification on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.

Your continued access to or use of the vph77 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform before the effective date of the amendment.
